We recently experienced firsthand the critical role a licensed electrician plays in home safety, thanks to a timely reminder from Alex Bover at ACB Electrical. During a previous visit to our home for some electrical work, Alex noticed the age of our electrical panel, which dated back to the construction of our house in 1986. Recognizing the potential hazards, he suggested it was time for a replacement.
When Alex removed the old panel, he found evidence of numerous sparks, indicating the potential for an electrical fire. It was a sobering realization of how close we might have come to a dangerous situation.
