As REALTORS® we see first hand how critical the impact of curb appeal is on the saleability of home. Catching the attention of potential buyers when they drive by impacts their decision about whether or not they will make an appointment to view the inside.
There are lots of websites such as our favourite ' Houzz ' that post shining examples of curb appeal enhancement ideas from around the World. We thought it would be fun to showcase some of the special gems that we see out and about in our travels throughout Niagara.
