Pre-Listing Strategy Session We will meet with you to pre-view your home and schedule a subsequent meeting (or virtual appointment if you prefer) to discuss current market conditions and a personalized selling strategy based on a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). During any in-person meetings we will maintain physical distance and wear a face mask if is not possible to consistently maintain a 2-metre physical distance.

Photography and Videography
We will arrange for our professional videographers and photographers to complete two in-house photo/video sessions using our safety protocols.

Showings and Home Inspections
The showing agent, following all safety protocol in place, may show your home to their clients in person or using various online communications platforms.
Home Inspections, if any, will be conducted with the same safety protocols, but may be on virtual conference call with the inspector.
Seller will be provided with instruction on the necessary cleaning protocols before and after all showings.
As a Seller, you will be able to sign all documents electronically from the comfort of your own home. You will also be able to negotiate remotely and review competing offers as they come in. We can guide you through the process via telephone or by video conference when necessary.
